As a young child, Hinaki has no combat training or abilities, though she is noted for keen intellect befitting the Ubuyashiki bloodline. She dies alongside her mother and twin sister when Muzan Kibutsuji assaults the family estate.

Hinaki is a young girl with pale skin, large purple eyes, and a white blunt-bob haircut, nearly identical in appearance to her twin sister Nichika aside from the color of her hair ribbon. She wears an elegant dark blue kimono patterned with purple flowers.

Quiet and dutiful, Hinaki is deeply devoted to her parents and siblings, and according to her brother Kiriya she was the more capable and perceptive of the twins. She faces her death at Muzan's hands with remarkable composure, choosing to remain at her family's side.
