As Lower Moon Six, Kamanue would have possessed some demonic strength and regeneration, but no specific ability is shown on screen before Muzan kills him instantly for his incompetence during the Lower Moons' culling.

Kamanue's true appearance is only glimpsed briefly during the Kizuki meeting; he is a humanoid demon seen mostly through Muzan's tentacle attack devouring him.

Kamanue is fearful and obsequious toward Muzan, scrambling to make excuses for his failures rather than take responsibility, a cowardice that does nothing to save him.
