Nichika possesses no special combat abilities as an ordinary child, though she shares her siblings' keen instincts. She dies alongside her mother and twin sister during Muzan's attack on the Ubuyashiki estate.

Nichika shares her twin sister Hinaki's pale skin, large purple eyes, and white blunt-bob hairstyle, distinguished mainly by the color of her hair ribbon. She wears a matching dark blue floral kimono befitting the Ubuyashiki household.

Gentle and caring, Nichika shows particular concern for Muichiro Tokito's wellbeing during his recovery and intense training. Like her twin, she meets her fate at Muzan's hands with quiet loyalty to her family.
