Overpowered and enslaved by Rui's Blood Demon Art during the Mount Natagumo incident, Ozaki has little combat presence of her own and dies as one of the Spider Family's puppet victims.

Ozaki is a plain-looking young girl with dark eyes and shoulder-length black hair tied into a mid ponytail, dressed in the standard Demon Slayer uniform.

Selfless even in her final moments, Ozaki warns her fellow slayers to keep their distance so she cannot unintentionally harm them under Rui's control, begging for someone stronger to be sent instead.
