An ordinary village girl, Satoko had no fighting ability and was killed by the Hand Demon during the events surrounding Tanjiro's Final Selection.

Satoko is a young girl with black hair parted with short bangs, partially tied back with a large dark pink ribbon. She wears a magenta-and-white patterned kimono with a mauve obi.

Little of Satoko's personality survives beyond her cheerful laughter while spending time with her fiancé Kazumi, suggesting a warm and affectionate disposition.
