Shizu is a petite, dainty woman with a small face, large round blue eyes, and black hair fastened in a low bun. She wears a white juban beneath a horizontally striped yellow kimono cinched with a black obi.

A tireless, hardworking mother, Shizu shielded her seven children from her abusive husband's outbursts at every opportunity despite her small frame, earning their quiet adoration as a protector. Even after being forcibly turned into a demon and killing several of her own children while out of her mind, her grief-stricken remorse followed her into the afterlife.
