A former kunoichi of the Uzui shinobi clan, Suma serves as one of Tengen's undercover wives and infiltration operatives, trained in kunai combat and espionage even though she considers herself no real fighter. She works alongside Makio and Hinatsuru gathering intelligence during the Entertainment District infiltration.

Suma is a short young woman with pale skin, shoulder-length black hair, short bangs, and blue eyes. She wears a short blue sleeveless dress with a plunging white neckline, secured by a gray obi where she conceals her kunai.

Emotional and overdramatic, Suma cries easily and often acts naive or insecure in dangerous situations, frequently bickering with her more composed co-wife Makio. Despite her immaturity, she volunteered wholeheartedly to marry Tengen and serve the Corps rather than accept an arranged match.
