Serving directly under Muzan, Susamaru's Blood Demon Art lets her conjure and hurl cursed temari balls with enough force to crush stone, juggling several at once while dodging with acrobatic, dance-like footwork, until Tanjiro defeats her in the Asakusa Arc.

Susamaru is a demon woman with pale skin, wild hair, and clawed hands, dressed in tattered robes; in her human disguise she poses as an ordinary woman before revealing sharp teeth and demonic eyes.

Susamaru is playful and mocking in combat, treating her fights as a game, but turns vicious and merciless the moment she senses real danger to herself.
