Tengen wields dual cleaver-like Nichirin blades with Sound Breathing, converting sound into a sixth sense that lets him perceive vibrations and read opponents' movements with startling precision. He helps defeat both Daki and Gyutaro during the Entertainment District arc, losing an eye and an arm before retiring from active duty.

Tengen is an enormous, heavily muscled man with white hair, pierced ears, and flamboyant makeup, adorned with jewelry and brightly painted nails. He wears an ornate, colorful variant of the Demon Slayer uniform reflecting his showman personality.

A former shinobi turned self-proclaimed 'god of flashiness,' Tengen is loud, theatrical, and obsessed with spectacle, yet he cares deeply for his three wives and comrades. Beneath the bravado lies genuine bravery and willingness to sacrifice himself for others.
