Toyo runs a street-side udon cart at the edge of Asakusa, a livelihood built from his love of the city, and has no combat ability of his own.

Toyo is a bald man of average height and build who typically keeps his eyes closed, dressed in a dull yellow-and-black striped kimono with light pants and dark shoes.

Passionate about his craft to a fault, Toyo grows visibly agitated when a customer leaves his udon untouched, but warms up quickly and gratefully once that customer returns to finish the meal.
