Wakuraba is shown as a humanoid demon among the gathered Lower Moons, his exact features obscured in the dim Infinity Castle meeting hall before his sudden death.

Wakuraba shows visible confusion and dread once he realizes the elegant woman addressing the Lower Moons is Muzan himself, though he has little time to react before being killed.
