Corps Quiz
Corps Quiz
Name all characters in a group before time runs out!
Corps Quiz is the timed Demon Slayer quiz on kimetsudle where you do not pick from multiple choice answers: you type the names yourself. Each day the game deals one category, such as the Hashira past and present, a family like the Rengoku or the Ubuyashiki, the characters who debuted in a particular arc, or the members of the Twelve Kizuki, and you race the clock to name every character who belongs to it.
Everyone gets the same category on the same day, and the pool is walked in a shuffled cycle so no category repeats until the rest have been dealt. That makes the daily leaderboard a fair comparison: the question is identical for every player, and the only difference is how much of the Demon Slayer cast you can recall under pressure.
How to Play Corps Quiz
Press Start Game to reveal today's group under the heading Name all members of. Type a character's name and press Enter or Submit. Suggestions appear after two letters, and common short forms work too: surnames like Rengoku or Tomioka, first names like Shinobu or Muichiro, and nicknames such as Upper Three for Akaza or Oyakata-sama for Kagaya Ubuyashiki.
The clock starts at ten seconds per answer in the category, never less than 30 seconds and never more than two minutes. Every correct name adds five seconds, and every wrong one takes three seconds away, so guessing blindly costs time. The counter in the header shows how many of the answers you have found out of the total.
The run ends when you find everyone, which scores a perfect 100, or when time runs out, in which case your score is the percentage of the list you named. The results screen shows all the answers you missed. You get one run per day, the category changes at midnight UTC, and signed-in players are ranked on the daily leaderboard by how many names they found.
Strategies for a Perfect Corps Quiz
Work through the category in a fixed order rather than as names come to mind. For a Hashira question, go breathing style by breathing style: Water, Flame, Sound, Mist, Love, Serpent, Insect, Stone, Wind, and then think about retired or fallen pillars. For a family, walk through the generations. A system stops you from circling back to the same few favourites.
Arc questions reward thinking about scenes. Picture the Mugen Train from boarding to sunrise, or the Entertainment District from Tengen's recruitment to the fight with Daki and Gyutaro, and name everyone who appears for the first time along the way, including minor slayers and background demons.
Because a wrong answer costs three seconds and a right one gives five, it is worth trying a name you are fairly sure about, but not spamming guesses. Use surnames when you forget a first name; they are accepted.
